Pasteles de Queso para Anders / Anders' Cheesecakes!

So it was my baby's birthday lol my husband's and he loves cheesecakes, his birthday was on February 28th, therefore the whole month was a "Cheesecake countdown" a cheescake per week, I started with chocolate but he doesn't have a strong willpower so he ate it before I took a picture hahahah!

So the only survivors were: Cherry Cheesecake, Blueberries & Strawberries cheesecake, & Pineapple Upside down cheesecake! Yummie!!!!
